Owen has a BE in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Practitioner. He has been working with embedded medical devices since 1996, during which he held a wide range of engineering roles including project management, systems engineering, and software and hardware development.

Owen is a competent and proactive project manager and team leader. An accomplished engineer himself he has no difficulty communicating with and leading technical people.

He values respect, honesty and trust, and is dedicated to building long-term relationships with Lean Systems' customers.

Owen is a proud husband and father of four young children. He values work/life balance, and is a keen road cyclist.

He is a proud supporter and on the working party of the Christchurch Agile Professionals Network.
